These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Adzyn AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Adzyn AI is an AI‑powered marketing platform that helps businesses generate content, publish to social networks, plan and run advertising, manage leads, and analyse performance. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to: break the law or third‑party rights; post or generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful; spam or send unsolicited messages in violation of platform rules; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or violate the terms of any connected platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
You retain ownership of the brand information, media, and content you provide (“Customer Content”). You grant Adzyn AI a limited licence to host, process, and use it solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including sending it to AI providers and to the platforms you choose to publish or advertise on). You are responsible for having the rights to your Customer Content.
The Service uses AI to generate text, images, and video. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or running ads. Similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for ensuring generated content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your brand.
When you connect third‑party accounts, you authorise Adzyn AI to act on your behalf through their official APIs for the features you use. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and they may change or restrict access at any time.
Paid plans and credit top‑ups are billed through our payment processor. Plan credits refresh each billing period; purchased top‑up credits do not expire while your account is active. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non‑refundable. Prices may change with notice.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular marketing results, reach, engagement, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adzyn AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Adzyn AI harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third‑party rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive by their nature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
