Delete your data — Adzyn AI

You are always in control of your data on Adzyn AI. You can delete specific items or your entire account using any of the methods below.

Delete data yourself (in the app)

• Disconnect a social/ad account: Connect accounts → Disconnect. This immediately revokes our access and removes that account's stored tokens.
• Delete content, products, leads, competitors or a whole brand: open the item and choose Delete. Deleting a brand removes its associated data.
• Delete your account: contact us (below) to remove your account and all associated data.

Request full deletion by email

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion” from your account email. We will verify and action the request within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Removing the app on Facebook / Instagram

If you remove Adzyn AI from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the data associated with that connection. You'll receive a confirmation code and can check the status on the page Meta links you to.
